Founded in March of 1988, Moretz Construction Company, Inc., a custom home builder in Boone, Banner Elk, Blowing Rock, Linville, Western North Carolina area, has built its reputation on meeting the needs of the customers without compromising quality or service. The company's owner, Dennis Moretz has an extensive background in residential, commercial and industrial building. This vast experience in such a wide variety of construction methods and techniques further qualify Moretz Construction to build fine homes on the unique terrains found in the High Country of North Carolina.

Since its beginning, Moretz Construction has built many fine homes, large and small, as well as completing many major remodel projects in the communities of Hound Ears, Elk River and Linville Ridge to name just a few. Our work has been centered within a 50 mile radius of Boone, Blowing Rock and Banner Elk.

The quality standard that we build into our homes is the same regardless of the size or the location of the house. We have only ONE quality standard. We make it our goal to meet or exceed our customer's expectations and to continue to strive for excellence. Attitude is everything! During our ongoing training of our employees, we continually stress quality as our first priority then schedules and budgets.
